This notice explains how information is handled when you request a personalized Calgary neighbourhood shortlist.

Information you choose to provide

The request form may include your name, email address, phone number, moving timeframe, current location and relocation priorities.

How the request form works

The form securely submits the information you enter through a third-party form-delivery service so it can be emailed directly to Lori. You do not need to open or send an email yourself.

How your information may be used

Lori may use the information to respond to your relocation request, prepare a neighbourhood shortlist and discuss related real estate services. Your information will not be sold.

Website analytics

Calgary Moving Guide uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and general usage, including pages viewed, general interactions, device and browser information, and approximate geographic information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. A successfully delivered neighbourhood-shortlist request is recorded as a general lead event, but names, email addresses, phone numbers, form responses and neighbourhood selections are not sent to Google Analytics. Website progress

The moving checklist may save completion choices locally in your browser. That information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Calgary Moving Guide.

Your choice

You do not need to use the form. You may contact Lori directly at lori@calgarymovingguide.com or 403-478-1010. You may also ask Lori to correct or delete information you previously sent.
